A high quality western-made animation based on arcade shooter R-Type has been receiving a decent amount of attention, boasting some anime-inspired (if not nightmarish) visuals and bound to steal the hearts of R-Type fans with its numerous subtleties and tributes to the classic title.

It looks like s♥♥t, its basically just low poly models with 2d like textures 90% of the time
