Best ep so far, but still too slow, and I wonder why they made his mom no-longer-hot.

One punch was more fast paced. Don't worry, after the events of the anime, 1pm slowed the fuck down to snailing pace.

I don't see where it could be "good". Or I became finally too old for this shonen stuff. The girls face reminds me of that from Hyouka. The combination of the innocent character with the puppy eyes and the lusty body with those oversized huge boobs made me feel uncomfortable the whole series.

I take it that mosquito bites would be an "okay" size for you then? Not sure if we were watching the same anime here, bud.

If you call Uraraka as having "huge oversized boobs", I don't know what anime you're watching.

Recovery girl, Who knows she has an age recovery magic and get a newest form .. for some time ...
Thrilling as one punch ... The moral of the anime is show a quality that is lacking in almost everyone, even more these days ... (including myself)
    Empathy for misfortune of others...

Oh, he's a man, now. LMFAO. He should guest star in The Asterisk War, whip the shit out of Ayato, kiss all those girls, and make them cry, as he goes back to his own anime.

Enjoy it while it still feels fresh and exciting, because later on the manga becomes boring and generic.

The school setting is what's making it boring imo. That whole sports festival, tournament, summer camp was boring.

You mean "to enter elite school of whatever with abysmal admittance rate/attain this new job, you must take this rigorous whatever test!" was not a shounen cliche before?

    Still enjoyable at that point.
The boring starts at the tournament arc.

I'm not saying its bad, but yes I expected something with more fresh ideas... in the end its still a generic/cliché shonen with little originality.

Still pretty interesting to me. Maybe you're expecting too much out of what it already is.

The tournament arc was epic as hell. The Stain arc is where shit gets real serious.

You gotta learn to find entertainment in the repetitive world. Everything's already been done at this point, expecting new and original is like lookingfor a diamond in a rain shower.

Deku doesn't whine. Yes he cries a lot, but that's mainly because we are showed the most emotional heavy moments in his life. There's nothing wrong with crying the day they tell you that you can achieve your dreams. There's nothing wrong with crying the day some one tells you they can be achieved. Grow somes balls? The dude did an intense 10 month training program and never complained. Heck! He even when beyond what was expected of him. He's not a whiner, he's just to emotional.

The point of this show is that we're watching the main character do just that, grow balls.

So you basically just look at the face value. This is far from asterisk war. He isn't a wimp just to cock tease you with the girls, he's a wimp for a good reason. The story is more about his growth as a character and how he eventually stops being the person who got bullied.

Asterisk War gives you a protagonist who can do everything yet somehow lacks confidence despite being athletic, a ladies man and overpowered from the very start making him "perfect". He has no reason to act the way he does in front of girls.

BNHA gives you a guy who was underpowered from the start because he didn't have shit handed to him on a plate. He earns his shit because he doesn't want to miss opportunities and takes them.

"Ughhh, grow somes balls you little shit."

That's exactly what he does. The fact you're saying that perfectly captures what the author wanted you to initially think.

You guys miss the point, he did all that stuff and gained zero confidence while doing it. It's like he wants to cry about everything and not only has zero self esteem but resists it all together.

Think about the scale, you pump iron for a couple of months, and then you're set up in a test to go hand to hand against robots that are 8-10 times your own size. Or just that you might still be completely human while everybody else is effectively superhuman (he didn't have time to test his powers at all). Would you be "confident" about walking into that deathtrap?

Also, even if you grow stronk, your personality doesn't adapt in one day, learn psychology bruh.
