The Empire of Corpses Gorily Grim

The upcoming western debut of unsettling anime film “The Empire of Corpses” has prompted the release of two graphic trailers, sure to garner fascination with its focus on resurrecting the dead and hopefully not turning anyone off with its rather gruesome visuals.

The foreboding trailers:

The Empire of Corpses will animate the dead when it arrives in the west on April 19th and April 20th.

Two trailers at this time? Really?

I believe it's THAT delayed in the west to prevent reverse import from japanese people. Or screenings, whatever.

That's why you have piracy. This could be released simultaneously everywhere, but no... Now we have japanese blu-rays with fan made subtitles on torrent sites.

Saw this movie back when it was new. Looked cool, but turned out to be utter bullshit. It ends with Watson (the protagonist of this movie) and Sherlock Holmes running through London.

Nah, he just read a synopsis from someone who went into the anime looking for something to hate about it. I'd know, I too read the review.

No, I never read reviews. I just watch all anime myself. The atmosphere and animation was alright in this one, but the story turned out to be a huge disappointment.
