Emi Nitta Porno Accusations “Have Ruined Honoka!”

Revered Love Live! seiyuu Emi Nitta (who voices Honoka Kousaka) has been accused of participating in an AV, besmirching the pure image of the innocent girl in the minds of obsessed otaku even as they pore over detailed comparisons of facial structure and mole positioning.

The AV in question, entitled “The Amateur Selection Guide 07“, (which was produced in 2008, about 2 years before Emi Nitta’s seiyuu career) features an actress reputedly bearing a strong resemblance to Nitta, with convinced netizens more than happily providing truly extensive evidence to support their claims:

The story had gathered even more attention when it was mentioned in tabloid magazine Weekly Asahi Geino on April 5th, adding more fuel to the fire and potentially wrecking the darling seiyuu’s reputation even further – the AV in question has even become the most popular product on DMM as a result.

Nitta’s agency even had to resort to providing a statement in an attempt to remedy the situation, with Nitta herself claiming that she did not take part in the AV – the adult actress merely having the exact same blemishes and appearance as her by sheer coincidence.

Such scandalous seiyuu stories are far from a rarity, although in recent years agencies seem to have been doing a much better job at vetting their charges for past indiscretions.
