The inconsistency is due to the images being photoshopped. Some are original stock, while many aren't.
Pretty good cosplay overall, except for a couple of things:
a) it's hard to tell for sure what size her tits are from these pics; some pics she looks almost flat, others she looks like she's got very nice big tits; the difference between pics gets distracting; and
b) those kemonomimi are badly done; they don't have to be super-fuzzy, but these look obviously fake, and detracts from the overall look.
I'll give her a B+, 8/10 overall.

I'd wager there's a good amount of image manip going on there, which I guess is par for the course for these posed cosplay shoots.
In the later pics her cleavage looks like those old 3D games where a flat texture is just pasted onto an elevated 3D surface. It's like the perspective is wrong; something just looks off.
B+? Are you blind? This cosplay is terrible. Her costume is terribly stitched together. The photoshop skills is amateurish. The lighting is everywhere with no focus. The model looks goofy with those stiff poses.
Black hair but white tails. This bugged me too much.
Take it up with Riot. That's what Ahri looks like.
