i cant understand AT ALL what they are saying, it sound to 95% gibberish,
heck even ALL of the Utaloids sound better than this...
The are speaking in the splatoon language witch is giberish. if you played the game you would know everything they say is translated hence the subtitles during the few talking parts. They are also singing it the splatoon language as well.
Keep in mind that you replied to someone who understands 5% of said gibberish - a pro at splatoon language.
I think it was shown that the Squid Sisters (along with the Inklings and Octolings in-game) were voice acted, though the voices go through a ton of filters.
Also, the gibberish is gibberish (though with a speech pattern similar to Japanese, made by Japs), but well thought out gibberish.
