The latest trailer for Megadimension Neptunia VII has surfaced, going into detail about the game’s plot and background for those not familiar with the series and oddly focusing less on the franchise’s staple service, probably due to some recent controversy rather than any hope the game has of securing a fair review.
The trailer, which has gone out of its way to remind watchers that it contains footage of the Japanese version:
Megadimension Neptunia VII will make its way to the PS4 on February 2nd in North America, while Europe will be graced by its presence on February 12th.

The joke is that the gamespot review (if I remember correctly) of the first hyperdimension neptunia, back in the days, slammed the game because the characters were, according to the author, "disturbingly sexualized". Sankaku makes a reference to that everytime they post about Neptunia. It's nothing new.
Iris Heart best goddess. And best butt too.
Voting for Purple Heart.
Looks pure and innocent to me.
And there's no Gehaburn
I guess they did a joke and it missed to all the audiences.
rift, artefact, whoever, stop trying to start shit.
Yes sjws exist and they are a problem but unless there's proof they've done something to [insert whatever] stop mentioning them or hinting to them. We don't want to be reminded of them every fucking week.
Neptunia sells well enough in the usa, they know the series is niche and shouldn't bend over for some silver spoon 1st world problem bitches who never planned on purchasing it.
But just because people did not mention something doesn't mean they don't exists, and no matter how niches a product is, there is bound to be assholes who just want to mindfuck people just for the sake of messing around. I've never thought of those SJWs as saints because there will be black sheep everywhere you go.
For Morality Shining White Knights and social studies dykes, anything that isn't like a pure nun or priest, is sexualized, and should be censored.
...I hope those people will burn in Hell for all of eternity.
An article on Sancom referring to a mild fanservice game as being "disturbingly sexualised"... Wut!? I think an SJW may have infiltrated the ranks!
Well, if writing things in a safe way to avoid attacks by said bullshit warriors certainly is worth the risk. I'd rather offend some readers than waste time getting into possible mindless tussle with the oh so mighty SJWs and their cohorts.
Problem starts when people start giving a duck about SJW rambling.
Normally, you do not listen to fools, do you?
Look at the post 2 steps down from the article. It's a joke referencing a gamespot review by a man who a ball size of a fucking pebbles.
sankaku has always had a tastefully sarcastic tone to it.
The white haired character looks very cool and isn't sexualized.
Was it ever disturbingly sexualized?
Quite a number of Neptunia characters have been in Very revealing outfits. But outside of that, Most of the time they normally look cute or somewhat badass.
The franchise is tame compared to "Senran Kagura". The "Neptunia" games pretty much keep things PG-13 while SK has borderline R rated stuff.
it all comes down to the SJW retards
I remember Mk2(ReBirth2) having Uni and Nepgear in mildly revealing outfits but overall I wouldn't say it's been too bad. Guess it's just Sankcom being over exaggerating like usual
pretty tame, comparing to what those bimbos are wearing at miami beach.
No, nep has never really been sexualised, very tame series compared to what it parodies, it does do some really stupid over the top things that give panty shots now and again though.
There will be much more sexualised neps converstaions when neptunia U comes out on PC in a few months since that has a sort of battle stripping mechanic because it was made by tamsoft.
Would have been a poor day if it did need censors as Idea Factory stated they would no longer localize anything that requires censors.
will be a matter of time for re;birth 4 then huehuehue
I hope, but if you pay attention to the credits in all the rebirth games, it always refers to itself as 'Four Goddesses Online Portable'; rebirth 3's wasn't numbered, but rather listed as 'Final'
No because there's no handheld to put it on. This game is a PS4 exclusive. Given how badly the Vita flopped I doubt Sony will do another handheld anytime soon, and I doubt they'll release a "re;birth" edition just for steam.
I think the vita only flopped in the west due to the fact that there isn't much games and didn't use the touch feature fully/ have the graphic design that they want to see, maybe.
Unlike the PSP, Sony did very little to support the Vita, which plays a role in why it "failed".

More like Sony effed up in Japan by allowing Capcom to put Monster Hunter on the 3DS. Monster Hunter was a Triple A title in Japan selling several million copies and boosting the sales by millions at a time. Monster Hunter was like the Halo(See Xbox) of the PSP in Japan in terms of sales.
the one on steam actually got more sales then vita
HELL YEAH!! my body is ready for the Next forms!
Will wait for the Steam release to play it an actual HD resolution....
