Nah, I actually imported, and was massively disappointed by 3.w/e number I'd gotten. I don't know if I even care about 4 now.

the newest animated Eva stuff to come out recently in japan was some 7-10 minute vids that are part of the japan animator expo / nihon animator mihonichi. Might have been some behind the scenes stuff for 3.33 instead of new footage, you'll have to check.
Isn't part 4 already out in japan? I think december 2015...
