I watch anime to escape from distressing stuff like this.
so you witness this on daily basis?
I remember an episode from my childhood. A neighbour took a boy from an abusive father. The boy died soon after that.
This show is a masterpiece.
Anime director influenced by Satoshi Kon's PEFECT BLUE. The scenes where he or his mother look for things which are "out of place" are straight out of that movie.
Well its good to see someone pay homage to the short- lived but epic legacy that is Satoshi Kon.
This show damn well better have a happy ending or I'm gonna mighty angry, an emotion I express by squirting water from my eyes and sniffing.
Ima, Soko ni Iru Boku all over again?
that damn teacher!
Porn VHS collection....
The blonde kid's clearly the murderer. And nice to see SanCom covering an anime which isn't complete shite, again.
Obviously, the murderer is: Episode3-12.jpg
Nah, time-altering story is easy, you can change the plot later by just simply going back in time.
Kayo's murderer could be that male teacher, but later Satoru could go back in time, that male teacher was already dead, and now the murderer changed to a woman. Or a dog. Or an airplane.
As the manga is still ongoing, I believe the final enemy will be Satoru himself, an evil version of Satoru coming from alternate future. Rewinding time is no cheap, there must be some consequences.
Given all the butterflies we saw in episode one, it's likely that he might have to struggle with the Butterfly Effect, since he hasn't had to think about them with his shorter time-skips yet.
That could also open the door to him being UNABLE to stop the murders, because they're events that prevent even worse outcomes (for him or others). They could also casually toss in predestination and have those kids die no matter what he does, but until the author really sets down some rules, it's hard to judge their intent.
Heck, they might not even set any rules, and just leave it up to our imaginations why Satoru doesn't try solving more problems, or why he can't "control" his power... at which point we might as well turn off our brains entirely and just judge the story as a morality play or lazy author-driven melodrama.
It's already a third of the way through, though, so my opinion is going to start tanking soon if they don't start handling things better, and instead opt to just abuse kids for cheap drama.
9 out of 10 times Japanese manga creators are not able to produce a cogent story. The reason being I think is that to be a good manga artist one only needs to do a basic plot and know how to draw female anatomy. Most anime end up with convoluted plots with enemies and allied often acting irrationally and turning on themselves.
Don't mix yourself with this and your Shounen Jump crap. Their plots are convoluted because the editors only have one thing in mind: milk the series as long as possible then just kill it off the moment it's not. Also, each editor like to force their own inputs and often makes things out of place.
Male teacher is probably too old. The mother's assailant looks like he's in his 30s. Also, this is Japan and the fascination with children runs deep. The blonde boy could be the psychopath.
Or going by the usual anime/manga/LN way of doing things they'll intro the killer in the last or second to last episode.
Too many tells, but what tipped me off the most was the bias that I got from reading Higanbana.
After reading that, I can't help but think it's the homeroom teacher, every time.
Just a tip, he fails twice and the bad guy kills him
No, dumbass, he doesn't kill him. He just puts him in a coma for 15 years.
This BETTER be not true, otherwise do you see what an ASS you are being for spoiling stuff for an ongoing Anime right here?!
not quite.
SPOILER ALERT: it has bittersweet ending, he manage to save the girl and change the future but, he himself got. . . .
...run over by TRUCK-KUN
He has to commit suicide to avoid killing those kids?
... screwed up his butt (in his 29 yo version) as his boss becomes romantically involved with him?
NTR, nvm at start he just want to save his mum
AND THEN HE REALIZED HE'S IMMORTAL, AN AJIN
Thats right, at least write SPOILER ALERT instead of just a tip. Jeez.
Spolier alert.... anytime someone says "just a tip", your getting the full penis...
What's with the little girl upskirt shots?
Why can't they have a female child wear pants once in a while, especially in winter?
point of reality, animated panties have no age... they are just fictional cotton on a fictional character in a fictional world. they don't need you to champion them.
you watched too much hentai and you can't see anything else anymore. there were no "upskirt shots" just camera angles that made sense in that situation and had 0 fanservice.
Even this anime calls for me to mimic its actions upon a real loli, why are you ding this to me!? My Episcopal church isn't helping! I will ACT!
You again? Please refrain from posting craps when it is obvious you don't even likes anime in general, if you wish to incite hatred, kindly choose some other sites because you are starting to sounds like some sadist on the loose.
