@05:11 firstly, adaptation of stories from sources like LN or manga is done in the form of storyboard by screenwriters which rarely involves the authors if the latter is busy with serialization. Secondly, anime projects require capitals to produce and this come in the forms of budgets from sponsors who are willing to bet their money on shows they deem will sell.
And many manga and anime is doing promotional work for Light Novels so that people will want to read them after viewing either the manga or anime associated.

I tried to explain that anime studios and the manga/Light Novel industries works separately in most cases, which is why some adaptations into anime seems inferior to it's sources.
