I've only watched the first of the Monogatari series, Bakemonogatari. If I want to catch up on the series, what is the correct sequence of them up til now?
I never could appreciate the monogatari series, even though I Absolutely LOVED Bakemonogatari. It's just that most of the mysterious aura of the series went out of the window to leave place for cheap fan-service and -oh god- incest.

Why wouldn't they? Gundam is one of the biggest anime franchises of all time. Popular shows come and go, while Gundam will be around forever. For as long as anime exists, Gundam will too.

While it is true there are huge fanbase of mecha anime but this doesn't mean the franchises is the biggest of all time since there are many other genres besides mecha.
