I love opm and I like tatsumaki but I don't see why she should be on this list too. it's true she didn't do much or appear much. I just liked her character design but that doesn't qualify her as best girl.

You don't need to have complex backstory to be considered as a full character in fictitious world, it is a fact she "existed" because she was created by the author even if briefly. If some people remember her then this just prove that this character isn't empty or shallow.
Only one really top anime girl there, which is Meiko... Where are like.. Ayame Kajou and Fuwa Hyouka and al lthe other great Shimoneta girls? Tatsumaki from 1pm? Or in general any other actually special characters? Hell the okama and newkama from One Piece were more awesome than most of this crap (although no good as fap material, unless they got Ivan'd...)
Tatsumaki barely got a few scenes and only really appeared in a couple of eps of the whole season. I'm not familiar with all the shows granted placements here, but at least the characters I do know had a major role.
