This is a decent anime. It's somewhat standard fair as far as shoujos go. As usual you have your perfect guy prince that's gonna end up with her one way or another. Shirayuki actually has a lot of backbone for a female shoujo protagonist. If this was about 3-5+ years ago, I would call that unusual, but frankly it's not. Akatsuki no Yona and other shoujos had a strong female protagonist, too. Maybe they realized that they could cash in on the current feminist craze, and that people were getting tired of female protags that just got strung along by some rich, perfect guy.
I'd say the strong point is that the characters are slightly more believable in some ways... but overall the world is still just too idealized. For instance, the main protagonist males are literally invincible, as usual. They're also always on the good side. There's just really no tension or anything. It's a decent/good shoujo, that's about it. It is what it is.
Except the Manga it is base on was 4-5 years ago so while I am not sure how old akatsuki no yona is the series itself is one of the first to do it.

*jazz hands and rainbows*
welll this anime sux. like really. why would anyone want to dub this thing?
that's what you think.
Well, almost all of hollywood movies sux (in my opinion) but they are still exported and get dubbed into other languages.
If something isn't my cup of tea means I shall throw insults around?
