    Somehow, over the years people who are into anime, manga or it's related games has started to incorporate their own standard of "realism" for characters set in fictitious worlds which was never an issue back in the 90's.

    In fact the art styles has evolved by a great deal over the years if we were to compare shows from the early 90's. Anime, manga and it's game is a form of entertainment media, and also a source for those who wants to escape from reality.

    There are actually pretty realistic stories and arts out there but this depends on genres and the artists involved. I personally cannot tolerate things done in too realistic manner because they tends to remind me of real life...which isn't a bed of roses.

    Everyone can be hypnotized. Some are more susceptible than others, children are renown for being the easiest.

    The US Government agency, the CIA, under the umbrella term MK-Ultra, have been researching mind control for nearly a century. Through Disassociative states or further, Disassociative Identity Disorder (DID), they have achieved this.

    DID is achieved through trauma while Fear, Pain and shock are the most effective methods.

    Does anyone know any anime, ecchi anime, and hentai that have mind control/possession as a main plot point? Usually for evil. Like ikkitousen great guardians, dragon ball gt with baby, soul eater not, yugioh in almost every series. I prefer sexual ones more.     there are assorted titles featuring saimin (mind control), ranging from baseline hypnosis to magical implements and other equipment.
    Most are simple subjugation of adult women with the usual redicolously oversized tits.

    What are the inductions like? Is there actually some semblance of a spoken-word progressive relaxation induction, perhaps with the classic swinging watch, or is it just the usual either magic hypnosis or tech hypnosis (i.e. hypnosis guns) that are common in these kinds of visual novels?

    The induction is the sexiest part of hypnosis as far as I'm concerned. I also like, in Japanese hypnosis AVs, where girls do normal stage hypnosis kind of stunts but with orgasms. The hypnosis videos that are basically just Japanese porn stars getting creampied and pounded which are, you know, just like a normal Japanese porn video but with slightly glassier eyes, if they're even hypnotized at all and not just "pretending", really do nothing for me.
