  The only other time that would potentially work is Golden Week in the spring. That said, Golden Week seems to be more important to the Japanese than summer or winter break. I also suspect there could be issues with booking the venue at other time periods as the only convention center massive enough to host it is Tokyo Big Sight; as an international convention center, it’s probably interested focusing on tourism during periods where Japan’s weather is favorable.
