Top 10 Best Anime Girls of 2015:

The list says “Best anime girls” not “Hottest anime girls”. Characters like Hestia wouldn’t qualify in the former category but would in the latter. After all, Hestia doesn’t get much in the way of character development in the anime, you know she’s a goddess, and she has a familia(With Bell) and helps with his stats and not much else. She’s quite one dimensional.
