The final episode of Ani Tore Ex has unsurprisingly ended with more of its less than desired dancing, thankfully passing up its previous 3D CG while reflecting on all the anime’s memorable moments, though some still believe that the similar “Issho ni Training” had a far superior “training regimen”.

Anime became copied and pasted once upon a time when art was to be discovered 'twas to bet not profitable until a special character is popular and therefore succession must have been copied and pasted to win market that will inclusion figures and drawings of beautiful kind of girls. For intent liked Kung Pow Chicken series there is no known originality but adorable for market winnings.
Moe is make popular by certain artists who are into this genre. When it comes to anime, sometimes the Character Design happens to be done by that same person that did plenty of works of similar properties aka veteran.
Not to mention art styles for anime/manga is constantly evolving to the point that works from a few years back look nothing like what we have now, there is nothing wrong with following trends of what is popular which can be said for almost every entertainment medias out there.

all that "training" and not one gained any muscle tone whatsoever. seems their efforts were for nothing to me.
It is called keeping in shape, if a guy is fit and slightly muscular, said guy can lose his shape if he slack off and doesn't do maintenance daily.
The girls featured here isn't body builder nor do they stick to some sort of strict diet plan.
