I’ve actually known a girl that was extremely dark with natural blue eyes (they were a really dark blue), so there’s that.

That being out of the way, for the people that are saying these are icky because they “look like clowns” or “dark skin is icky”… that’s sort of the point. Ganguro/kurogal types are over-the-top, trashy, and gaudy. It’s like saying you don’t like drag queens because they don’t look like beautiful, passable women – you’ve missed the point entirely. It’s all about playing an overly dramatic role.
