Sadly, the world of anime has plenty Ore-sama characters, for example BlackStar from Soul Eater or Prussia from Hetalia.
To self proclaim oneself as Ore-sama is seen as arrogant or even rude in Japanese society, it is not something cool or awesome like you think. How did you base something to be successful or not on such insignificant "label" really baffle me.

What a shitlist. Dio was an impressive villain though I guess, but not much better than Hisoka or Doflamingo (who was actually a king...) and a couple of others similar, but that's about it for this list.
I can think of a dozen better characters off the top of my head, such as Integra Hellsing, Donquixote Doflamingo and Kiryuuin Satsuki.
Seriously, what the hell is with Kaito? And why is Reinhard only in 14th place? And Tsunade definitely deserved better too, the only cool character I'm seeing is Yupa... And he's an old guy, it's a part of his age to be cool.
To be called "Sama" doesn't necessary mean that person has to be King material, it can be out of respect as well.
If you can think of a dozen better characters off your head, why not do it instead of wasting space for your rant? I would like to see just how awesome your list is.
