Oh please, the only reason they’re using these backgrounds is because the hentai makers know that their fellow Nippon males are a bunch of horny losers. They’ll jerk off to anything except real women, so why waste money on backgrounds.

As for animating, last I checked, Japanese animators work for dog-shit pay, whereas Korean animators make a living wage in one of the worlds most expensive cities. Considering the shit quality of recent hentai, it’s obvious the hentai makers are paying Japanese-level paychecks for them.
