Wait aren't vampires meant to cry blood when they cry? Pretty sure they said in Kizmonogatari that they cry blood. Shinobu cried blood in the Kizumonogatari novel and she cried blood in the anime time travel alternate future arc both Shinobus did.

Well, as Koyomi turns more into a vampire, she looses the same amount of power instead, she should be closer to human than him at this point...
WARNING!!! KIZUMONOGATARI SPOILER!!!!
They literally consume each other's existence, killing Koyomi if Shinobu becomes a full vampire again or killing Shinobu if Koyomi becomes fully human.
