Touma's ability removes God's blessings on himself, so negativity is also his characteristic. He should be higher in the list, but you could say his misfortune has led his position to drop (not that being high is something to brag about).
I will feel sorry for him if not for the fact that he has women throwing themselves at him from every conceivable direction.
Then again, he had to work for that, even if he didn't realise that those were the rewards for his efforts.
