Tales of Berseria PV Fights Ferociously

Genuine gameplay has finally been divulged for Tales of Berseria as its latest PV unleashes a wealth of action scenes, with significant attention going to the sensuous Velvet and her “accursed” side, all to hopefully make for another compelling entry into the Tales series.

Tales of Zestiria the X will be produced by Ufotable and air sometime in spring 2016; Tales of Berseria will launch for the PS3 and PS4 at some undisclosed time in 2016.

Why do the graphics look even worse than Zestiria? Or Xillia? Or hell, even Vesperia?
Bamco is going backwards in time. Next game they will drop PS4 compatibility.
More like Bandainamco is facing financial difficulty again? Otherwise, why would they do a merger in the first place if their profits is sufficient. I think the problem is their intended target audiences which mostly falls under teens, they tried too hard to avoid blood and gore within their games. Being family friendly is alright back in the days but nowadays many young ones would rather play games on phone than on home console, meaning they are slowly losing consumers.
Because the PS3 was the lead platform in development, the PS4 being the afterthought.
Looking forward for the Anime.
Not me ... personally thought the ending to Zestiria was garbage, and the game was too damn short.

There are only 2 wow moments in the entire game, both happen during a war. Rest is really really boring.
I'm looking forward, because I couldn't play the game.
So I at least want to know the story.
Welcome to pretty much most single player games, fight to get stronger to level up/unlock powers to then fight the end boss, most games follow the same pattern
Don't care about graphics. I like main heroine and her fighting style.
As long as you can play the waifu for the entire game this time.

Not buying this day one because Zestiria was shit. And Xillia 2 was mediocre. They're going backwards with this series in terms of quality.

Have they announced who is directing this? If it's Baba again I have no hope.

Anyway, I liked Symphonia, Phantasia, Vesperia, Abyss. Thought Legendia, Graces & Xillia 1 were OK. Above opinions on the other games noted.

Legendia - OK? I think, it's worst tales of ever. This and dawn of the new world.
Legendia wasn't bad, it just had a terrible battle system. The story was quite good.
The animation of the fighting actually looks pretty good. Both the Cutscenes as well as the player controlled combat.
The real issue i see is the Character interactions.
if they are anything like Xillia 1&2 had, i won't even bother playing this game.
I mean, its a "tales of" game so the plot is going to be cliche'd. An almost certainly revolve around saving the world.
So as long at the character interactions +voicing are at least decent i'll be looking forward to playing this.
I loved vesperia so I got Zestiria day one. Which was a huge mistake as the game was awful. So I recommend waiting and seeing how this one turns out before purchasing.
Zestiria had some negative reviews out of Japan so I knew to be leary of it.
Also a huge tales fan.

Well when was the last time you saw a tales game with only a single party member, zestiria had 4 for most of the game apart from a few select scenes, why would you think this would only have 1 character without support? :P
