It's easy. You can create the same effect yourself if you know how to draw.

Step 1 - Draw a cute girl.

Step 2 - Write underneath the drawing "THIS IS A BOY LOL SHE HAS DICK LOL UR GAY LOL"

The only downsides is that people who aren't horribly insecure about their sexuality won't be affected by the trap.
