I think people have been misusing the word “gaijin” way too often to the point that many thought of it as an offensive term. It just literally means Foreigner and nothing else.

So @ anon 04:38, if a site from your country is slow for some other regions, can I assume it is gaijin unfriendly if you chose to word it as such.
