One piece was the only thing up here with anything good. The other stuff looks like stuff you keep to yourself until you get good...
Most of these artworks are drawn by fans, no matter which part of the world you came from, there is bound to be "inferior" artworks if that style isn't to your liking. But in this modern day, people know their rights of expression. There were users with their own drawing as avatars on various sites including Youtube which resemble a child's doodle but who are we to judge?

Hmm...many mangaka or those aspiring to be one usually looks up to one of those legendary mangaka as idols. Without those classic titles from the 80's to 90's, do you think manga would still be a thing to this day?

Hmm...the west is basically getting "secondhand" manga is what some people like to think, but this is basically true just that the companies based in the west will only handpick titles they deemed will sell well versus importing all newest titles that came out in Japan. Especially anime titles which can come out a few years later after it has debuted in Japan.
Simulcast or whatever is only for top shows of the time but those are for streaming...
