The government is contributing to it in several ways. They are pressuring companies, schools etc to have balanced gender ratio, even in things females aren’t interested in. Obama has been trumpeting the disproven wage gap myth. Certain rich people are throwing money at feminist and other troublecausing groups.

Most of this flies under the radar because people are focusing on the puppets dangling on the end of their strings. They’re not looking at it in the big picture, ie. who stands to gain from all of this confilct.

  Well, if ONLY everyone agree with you that the English dubs sucks, since there many fans of the Eng versions whether it’s game or anime. Of course I’m not interested in the Eng versions but such fans get offended when remarks saying they are too lazy to read or whatever terms people can think up…they will find faults with the subs or cook up other excuses just to justify that dubs is the best.

  @07:02 just showing nudity is never too lewd to be broadcast on TV, what makes them unacceptable is the groping of naked skins which is generally very common in modern anime or manga. And back in the 90’s, I don’t think the term “Otaku” is being used widely like we did now.
