i actually agree with index appearing so much. the light novels are epic. the anime is way behind and doesn't cover the good arcs.
I thought that some of the arcs covered in the anime were good, like the Daihaseisai and Accelerator arcs. But yes, the civil war and World War III arcs need to be animated.
the anime basically stopped at the point where the light novels evolved from an 1 hero story to a 3 heroes story. i understand why they didn't animate yet a story that doesn't just focus on Touma.
i won't give any spoilers, but i really loved the "normal" hero and his love story :D he had some amazing character development.
it's an ok list. it could have been better, but at least they are still interested in the Index light novels.

Um... High School DxD IS a light novel. I don't see a problem with that that poster was suggesting (especially given that Issei is one of the best harem protagonists out there).
