If it was shaven, it counts as a hairstyle. If his hair is naturally bald it wouldn't be a style, just unfortunate.

Also, out of all the love live girls they pick Kotori? Seriously? Those girls are all as plain Jane as you can get, but if you had to put one in, put Nozomi and her four-foot butt-tails.

I dunno, I can't say Kotori's hairstyle is something I see all that often. I mean, sometimes you'll have a character with a lop-sided ponytail, but how often is it all bundled up like she has it?
Matsuya from sexy commando gaiden should be on here due to him being a normsl human who's hair grows from alien rings when worn and retracts when removed.
Kenpachi's hairstyle is much more crazier than most people in the top 5, lame.
Is it? Could've sworn it's not that hard to make and strut with. There's so much of that in cons that it's not so shocking or at least surprising. Ran's hair? Try doing that, see if it doesn't shock anyone.

See you're using the Japanese Detective Conan names now, eh Sankaku? For those unaware, they were using the Case Closed names in previous top lists (one list in particular was using Ai's English name, despite the fact that she barely even got a chance to appear in the dub before it got dropped).
Bald isn't really shocking if you leave your front door at least once per day. Bald is just a natural thing, some people go bald young or through cancer treatments and some go bald naturally. Either way, you're hardly going to walk past a bald guy in real life and say OMFG SHOCKING!
