An enthralling 3D short for Seiken Densetsu 3 has been unleashed by fan group “DNA” in celebration of the franchise’s 20th anniversary, motivating aspiring modelers and artists with its breath-taking quality, and simultaneously earning acclaim for its nostalgic charm.
The captivating work, which apparently took over 2 years to create:
The video is actually a 3D “reboot” of the group’s former illustrated video, demonstrating just how far they have come since all the way back in 2008.
If Squenix remakes this game I’d have to give it a go, always wanted to play this one but never really had the motivation to finish it
That is some premium-grade ass.
though it is indeed, somewhat decent, it does gives off that tacky, chinese-ish/korean-ish 3D animation
im surprised someone actually remembered this snes gem
Not that surprising. Even though Squenix STILL has yet to give it any re-release whatsoever (isn’t even on the Virtual Console as of this writing), and despite the fact that she has yet to be featured in any other game (to my knowledge), the character Riesz continues to be a popular fanart subject to this day.
Riesz is in LoVA♪
I see. I think my point still stands though, seeing as Lord of Vermilion Arena just came out this past June. She’s still managed to remain popular these past 20 years without a single (official) appearance.
Wow this certainly takes me back, may just have to dust off the old SNES and get my game on.
