Weekly Young Jump Magazine has revealed a sequel to the bug-invasion anime that is Terra Formars in the form of “Terra Formars Revenge”, bound to have more gory roach-man extermination than ever before (that will hopefully not be massacred by censors), should the upcoming live action movie not provide enough bug-on-man and man-on-bug action.
The new season picks up immediately after the end of the first with the continuation of the “Annex I” arc; Terra Formars Revenge will begin April of next year.

They fucked up the anime towards the end so bad and now they're going to continue?
I heard it didn't sell very well on BD/DVD either. That said if an anime boosts the Light Novel/Manga sales enough, it'll get funded by other means.
Did they have a new chara designer? If not why the new clothes?
These characters certainly didn't have spare clothes, nor even time to change into them on Mars.
Great, a reason to watch the uncensored version and to see the plot.
