Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 Leaves Little To The Imagination

The Dead or Alive franchise has further hardened its skimpy stance on DLC and bonus costumes with the announcement of some unsurprisingly scanty first-print outfits for Dead or Alive Xtreme 3, a trend bound to plague all further iterations of the already scandalous series.
Different outfits will be available for both PS4 and Vita and will also be dependent on whether or not buyers purchase the standard or collector’s editions, meaning obsessive hoarders will need to purchase a copy of every game to obtain all outfits.
The standard edition of the PS4 version will grant buyers an imp swimsuit for Marie:
The standard edition for the Vita boasts an angel swimsuit for Honoka:
The PS4 collector’s edition offers the “Xtreme Costume F Set” replete with 9 total outfits, including a nearly see-through swimsuit for Kasumi:
The collector’s edition for Vita will gift buyers with the “Xtreme Costume V Set” which also comes with a total of 9 outfits, along with a rather lush swimsuit for Nyotengu:
Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 will be ready for some fun in the sun on February 25th for PS4 and Vita.

Eh, I'll just throw this out there:
There are two regions of the two versions of the two systems that this game is releasing on.
Regions are [Japan] and [Asia]. [Asia] has Chinese and English subtitles while [Japan] does not.
Versions are [Standard] and [Collector's] and have the differences noted in the article, though the collector's one has some physical stuff too.
Systems are [PS4] and [Vita] and are only really mentioned here for completion's sake.
So far, no other regions are getting a version for them. Apparently releasing outside these regions would require 'adjustments' to the game. No further details about what kind of adjustments they mean, so one naturally assumes censorship issues. (Particularly with Fatal Frame's recent thing)
As a for instance, you can order the [Asia] version from play-asia (They are the only ones I've seen offer the [Asia] version) for use anywhere in the world thanks to region freeness, provided you wanted English or Chinese subtitles for some reason...
Or you could buy the Japanese version for 7900 yen on Amiami + 400 yen postage via SAL shipping and save yourself some money. It's not like you need English text for these games, who plays for a story? LOL. You'd pick up not knowing the language regardless.

So they went from cute 3D to "realistic" 3D with smaller eyes and bigger noses... and now it's bigger eyes and cel shading? Team Ninja really has no direction without Itagaki. They're just throwing stuff out there and seeing what sticks. DoA is just kind of a corpse-puppet of what it was (never clearer than in DoA: Dimensions where they couldn't even make new animation, hah)
You realize that these are just concept art, not 3D models? If you watched the trailer, it looks 100% exactly like DoA 5.

That collector's dress better not be the only wet clothing in the game....
Kasumi's swimsuit looks like it was based on Hestia's outfit.
But Hestia have more to "fill" that suite man.
They might break the costume record total for this game easily.
