not much of a parade. No real organization/coordination. Literally just a big crowd of ppl clumped to close together. walking on the street together in costumes. Wheres the live entertainment, confetti, acrobats,giant baloon, etc.
What do you expect from the nation that calls christmas "eat a cake and go to a love hotel day"? They have no association with the traditions of Halloween, you ask too much of them.
