The premier episode of Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru has offered viewers a murder mystery of sorts featuring an alluring female with a nearly obscene fascination for bones (not the studio, thankfully), getting at least some interest from hardcore mystery fans while also possibly earning some points in regards to originality.

Bones: The Animation
WITH HEAVY FETISH
I agree anon...
I said the same thing during it's stream. Fuck ton dropped.
She's cute, but weird. Hope that she's not the type that becomes a killer to collect humans' bones.
this is a show i think i will defently be watching it looks amazing and the plot seems like it could do good
I'd bone her.
Definitely original, not like it took a similar premise from an american series.. I just can't think of the name. I believe it had Bone in the title.
Funny how they always throw cheap shots at Americans in different anime, then turn around and steal the main character from an American show and try to twist it around to make it "different".
Just remove the piece of crap male MC or replace him with a FeMC and this anime is perfect.
Well, at least they ripped off a decent American TV show. Though it needs mentioning that even that show was based on the writings of novelist and forensic anthropologist Kathy Reichs.
