As far as my knowledge goes, four of these (that's not counting The Legend of Zelda) have already had anime adaptations.
I know Chrono Trigger had an anime. Muv-Luv something also had an anime. (And Danganronpa 1, but not 2.)
It didn't have an anime, they went and did some short animated parts for the ps1 version. That doesn't count as an anime

Oh hey, forgot that one. Gameplay was shite (had some good parts like the ship customisation, but fucking ABOMINABLY AWFUL parts like the dungeon exploration and melee combat, and even the ship-to-ship combat was completely and utterly broken by fighters) but the story was unbelievably awesome.
