Kizumonogatari 3-Part Trilogy Announced

It has been announced that the highly anticipated Bakemonogatari prequel Kizumonogatari will take on the form of a 3-part animated trilogy, finally revealing Koyomi’s origin story and his initial encounter with lovable loli vampiress Shinobu, along with possibly an even greater abundance of Shinobu service than ever before.
The announcement PV, which aired after Owarimonogatari’s first episode:
Kizumonogatari I Tekketsu-hen will make its way to theaters on January 8th; advance tickets however can be purchased October 9th, with a clear file thrown in as an added bonus.

Probably. Still hoping it will be written well, since Nisiosin will be in. Kizu is the beginning of the story so he may be positive about giving more ground to his work. Yeah, i wanna (need to) be THAT optimistic.

I'll wait for the 15 minute version. Is a shortened version where the story and the action of the movie are exactly the same, but the random-still-image scenes are removed so the total length of the film is between 1/20 and 1/10 of the actual lenght of the regular film.
Hell.... its about time! Glad its gonna be done over 3 movies. The book had magical powers that forced me to read it in real time conversation speed and it took forever. They will take atleast 15 or 20 min for the "training" scene hanekawa tries to help him with lol.

I preferred the initial trailer, which doubled as a coke advertisement, with that great foaming soda sfx as araragi's head popped off. Now that was a truly enjoyable trailer.

the very short scene from past from bakemonogatari 1st episode was one of my favourite parts of all series, hope they use what was in there in Kizumonogatari
