Dunno. But the first two volumes of Overlord are sat in the top 20 best sellers on Amazon Japan. While this show is 47th.
after credits showed scenes from 20 chapters in the manga, that would be same as No Game No Life ending and other shows with similar end, which basically means Nope, no season 2.
20 chapters forward i meant to say, anime ended on chapter 81, the the scene with new girls escorting underground council to prison is about chapter 99-101
They are 100% definitely going to do season 2, season 1 was a huge success and there is plenty of source material left to animate.
You could see that as a positive sign for a Season 2, the fact they're positioning it for a second season by doing that scene.
They could have easily have just ended right then and there on that chapter and skipped nothing.
they will release 2 season of anime after 1st season of Live action, that starts at 2X october.It could be about girls life in prison\ boys at school, as many suggest.I have faith ,slowly reading manga too.
