Now that this Saga is about over the show has to go off on it's own. We already knew Goku couldn't win this fight and it wasn't a dire situation which made it even more boring

After watching the movie, this episodes contain absolutely zero suspense. Everyone who's seen it knows how this story arc ends...Rather watch a Gohan/Videl hentai or Vegeta/Bulma.
The fight in the movie was way more exciting. I still don't know why they even decided to re-adapt the movie but with less budget and less exciting fight scenes.

That makes no sense. They could have just taken the movie, chop it up into 20-minute segments and bam, instant good opening episodes into a new DB...
Not that the movie was that great, it had plenty of problems with characters and tone, but anything is better than this complete garbage...
this is sorta like watching two 10 year olds bitch slapping each other with artwork stolen from deviantart, only with more explosions.

dropped this show after a few eps. it's almost as bad as GT. i could have forgiven the boring fights if the animation didn't look so bad. i've seen low budget kiddy shows that look better than this crap.
