The latest in rankings has listed the anime that voters most wish had the dubious privilege of a game adaptation, with most of the results unsurprisingly consisting of anime from the most recent decade that somehow missed the honor of a shoddy visual novel or Dynasty Warriors churn-’em-out.

You know, as much as I wasn't fond of the series, I did think the final episode of Blassreiter presented an interesting possibility for a video game. I don't know why this "transform into previously killed-off mains" mechanic suddenly came out of nowhere and only for the finale, but dammit, it seems like it'd be interesting to play with in game form.

Aaand once again Japan proves that it feels forced to put the last season in 3/4 of all the lists it encounters even if it doesn't have anything to do here?.
Please Japan, make a game out of gate jieitai kanochi nite kaku tatakaeri, but NOT as a visual novel; I mean, that would be a combination of Fire Emblem and Call of Duty (except we mainly focus on Call of Duty that focus in having a lot of "freedom" when fighting) where it would be enjoyable to slaugher primitive enslavers and so forth, with modern technololgy, and save the poor monster girls that are being persecuted.
Why the hell isn't Dog Days on this list? This would be such a good Dynasty Warriors style game that it hurts.

I agree about no game no life have a game, accel world got a game, but it suck because people wanted character customization and free movement on 3d field like in the accel world' story.
Every harem show should have a fighting game, since the male lead wont decide, let the girls fight it out.

Kekkai Sensen could be awesome in the spirit of Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee, where you have to take over other characters to survive.

Isn't Dennou Coil one of L's alias?
Virtual Reality (VR) is stuff like Rift and their knock offs, Dennou Coil is about AR, augmented reality. We have to wait until VR grows large enough for the next revolution. If we're lucky, it'll still take 10 to 20 years.
And the 'full-dive' technology is still some steps after that... (SAO, OverLord, Log Horizon, etc)
It should be possible in theory, but the applied sciences necessary for it aren't developed yet.
Also, AR on a small scale is already possible (things like the Google Glass already support AR-like features)
I'm thinking a NON NON BIYORI game... it could be like a cross between HARVEST MOON and ANIMAL CROSSING with things like Natsumi fishing and Renge recorder rhythm minigames.
