The latest in rankings has listed the anime that voters most wish had the dubious privilege of a game adaptation, with most of the results unsurprisingly consisting of anime from the most recent decade that somehow missed the honor of a shoddy visual novel or Dynasty Warriors churn-’em-out.

Wait until Microsoft's Hololens made it to production.
Virtual Reality (VR) is stuff like Rift and their knock offs, Dennou Coil is about AR, augmented reality. We have to wait until VR grows large enough for the next revolution. If we're lucky, it'll still take 10 to 20 years.
And the 'full-dive' technology is still some steps after that... (SAO, OverLord, Log Horizon, etc)
It should be possible in theory, but the applied sciences necessary for it aren't developed yet.
Also, AR on a small scale is already possible (things like the Google Glass already support AR-like features)

I'm thinking a NON NON BIYORI game... it could be like a cross between HARVEST MOON and ANIMAL CROSSING with things like Natsumi fishing and Renge recorder rhythm minigames.

I found out yesterday that the Non Non Biyori girls are going to be guest characters in some kind of iOS/Android game called YOKAI HYAKKITAN.

Akatsuki no Yona Tactical RPG please. I always thought the story could have been played out similar to a Fire Emblem game. (at least, as far as the anime goes)
Other than that, No Game No Life could be something similar to Evoland, a RPG or genre mix, depending on the game they are playing. But the others? Eh, maybe as visual novels. Too much story and not enough gameplay in between for a proper game.
How is danmachi not on this list?

Lame... lame... boring... moeblob... okay, symphogear could be a brawler... dont even know what shit that is,kekkai sensen could be a cool survival Jump&Run, what the fuck is that, no game no life - don't know; I suck at chess. Akatsuki no yona? Meh.
Kekkai Sensen could be awesome in the spirit of Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee, where you have to take over other characters to survive.

And I agree with the number one. Gakkou Gurashi totally needs a Zombie Survival game. Something like Resident Evil, it would totally works.
I agree about no game no life have a game, accel world got a game, but it suck because people wanted character customization and free movement on 3d field like in the accel world' story.
Prison School needs a VR game so Meiko can sit on my face.
Every harem show should have a fighting game, since the male lead wont decide, let the girls fight it out.

I think Aldnoah Zero, Overlord, High School DxD(Come on, you know you wanna dress break chicks), Log Horizon would make pretty good games.
DxD already has a game on the 3DS (a visual novel, I think). There's also one on the Vita, but it's one of those free-to-play mobile-imitations, so yeah.
You're right but I was thinking more of a 3D combat game for DxD. Maybe with some online features. Make the graphics next gen too, for some awesome boob physics.

Prison School would make a pretty fun game if they got the mechanics right. It needs 1)Pervy shit, 2) A decent sneaking system. 3) A decent sandbox
All of these anime would make HORRIBLE games. Dammit Japan, stop making so many visual novels and come back to real games.

World Trigger. It's got two games, but I think it needs its own Musou game (LoZ and Arslan Senki got theirs). I wouldn't be able to play it, unfortunately (no monies). I think Akatsuki no Yona could do a good Musou game too. I have to finish it, BTW, but I don't remember exactly where I stopped at it. xD
lol, I can see Gakkou Gurashi actually coming out as a game though, since it's done by someone from Nitroplus.
Given those credentials, it's more than likely doomed to become a VN though. Would be nice if it were to resemble something like a moetastic Walking Dead/Dead Rising, only you take control of different characters in different timeframes to fulfill objectives (i.e. supply procurement/management, crop harvesting, barricade maintenance, zombie clearing, looking after Taromaru, Yuki's random fun activities, etc.)
They're anime instead of games because as games, all their premises would suck hairy gaijin balls.
Seconding Charlotte and Symphogear! I would love to see a beat'em up/hack and slash game with the Symphogear girls.
Symphogear is the only one that i could see being a game game and not just a VN game though i dont have any problems with VNs but still
