Ace Attorney Anime Announced

An anime has at last been announced for popular investigation series “Ace Attorney“, immediately causing fans to wonder whether the anime will be an adaptation of the games or consist of completely original content (and perhaps spawn its own games in turn) – and some have speculated that the anime may be capable of competing with the similar and hugely esteemed Detective Conan.
The special stage event for Ace Attorney 6 at the Tokyo Game Show, where the announcement was made:

In typical announcement fashion, not much else was divulged concerning the anime other than its air date of April 2016.
