Tecmo Koei have milked these game a lot more than Atlus have milked Persona 4.

Sure Larry, but I want Dead or Alive 6, as a PS4/Xbox One exclusive. Mostly so they can give the game a proper graphical upgrade. These games are being bottlenecked by last gen hardware.
Who would've thought this franchise would last longer than Bloody Roar...
Despite te sexy outfit bullshit, the game mechanics are very good. If we speak of game mechanics, animations and scenario interactivity, earlier DOA titles were few steps ahead Tekken or Soul Calibur.
The problem came with DOA5, they're so centered on sexy outfits and they're forgetting the storyline and mechanics.
No, you missed a crucial point m8. They are forgetting to render the characters accordingly to their nationalities, everyone looks very "western" to me. While I agreed the game's mechanics isn't lacking but trying too hard to appeal to western fans only is a grave mistake in my opinion. I'd chose Tekken anytime over DoA.
Gotta agree. Despite the stupid amount of dlc costumes and sexual content, Dead or Alive is a pretty awesome game to play. While the women obviously have the most attention, I still like some of the male characters, specifically Rig, Elliot, Brad Wong and Jann Lee.
Maybe after DOAX3 they'll then announce DOA6 afterwards.
