No Hidan AA? No Shinmai Burst? No Asterisk? No Valkyrie Drive? No Raikudai? In other words, not a single action ecchi in the list?
YOU THINK YOU'RE FOOLING ANYONE, JAPAN!?
By the way, Rakudai novels are quite nice, Ikki's probably the only MC ever to ask the girl he likes to go out with him in less than 1 volume...
no Valkyrie Drive?
....... casuals.....
Valkyrie Drive...Hmmm...
Uh...I will became a hit...but i fear it will just shun out of it...
But who knows! :)
I don't know why I even bother reading these top lists...
Noragami season 2 is life. Can't wait.
One Punch Man is also life.
Those 2 shows got me hyped.
did they say if onepunch will be normal or one of the shorts ie 5 to 10 mins long? beyond that I like heavy object but the author fucked up and hopefuly they will fix it in the anime(he fucked up by writeing multi volumes at the same time so the 2 mcs never really get any respect or downtime which to me makes it seem like you have vol 1 their first object being destroyed followed by any of the other books after the order wouldn't matter much outside some small details the over all story feels like any vol after 1 can be number 2.
after a complete avalanche of good animes this season, next one would be a season of abstinence for me; only onepunch-man, gundam ironblood and probably noragami (somewhat hated 1st season's ending) piqued my interest. well at least ushio and tora is still long enough to enjoy. gonna give heavy object a 5-episode trial just because it's made by kamachi.
still contemplating whether seeing both 'hokuto no ken' and 'ichigo aji' side-by-side in a single title line is something awkwardly revolting or curiously interesting :v
This season hasn't been very good either. We've just been willing to lower our standards. The same thing will happen next season.
I want Owari no Seraph because of the smugfu.
God damnit people. You need to step up your games and realize that a new season of Lupin III coming out after 3 decades is a big deal.
Can never get enough of Teekyu.
I'm so hype for gochiusa
Rize <3
Rize is gonna appear less, while Chino's 2 classmates are gonna appear a lot more.
And I'm fine with it.
I want to see accel world/ dural - magisa garden get a chance to be an anime.
4. Owarimonogatari
Why the hell is this shit even on the list!?
Because there are different people other than you that like different things?
Because you're not the authority on what is or isn't anticipated by other people. You have your opinion and they have theirs. Evidently more people think differently than you than there are that think the same as you. Glad to burst your ego bubble there bud.
Because you are don't like! Therefore it exists.
^ What he said
^^ whatever he said :P
Well, i enjoyed Yuru Yuri and i'll go take a look at Lupin, otherwise, nothing catches my fancy on this list . .
If you liked YuruYuri, you'd probably like GochiUsa too, although the latter is a bit heavier on the super-sweet moe stuff.
I'm honestly surprised YY is so much below GochiUsa.
Yeah i tried that one for some episodes, but it was too sacharine for me . .
Yuru Yuri, it's the humor mostly.
to quote:"TOSHINO KYOKOU!"
Heavy object, because author is Kazuma Kamachi
don't think so fast the storys are ok but he wrote multi volumes at the same time so the mcs never seem to get any respect or down time which to me seems to lower the accomplishment they achive destroying the objects.
Obvius One Pucnh man.
disappointing that it isn't no. 1 though...
Onepunch Man is all that I'm looking forward to for the most part. I'll probably check out some of the others, but OP-MAN is the one that really matters. This season looks really lackluster compared to the summer list for the most part.
Fall season is usually has the strongest lineup of the year.
But this year, only One-Punch Man, Owarimonogatari, and Noragami Aragoto captures anyone's attention.
Not everyone is a teenage boy.
Unfortunately, the fall anime line-up would seem to disagree with you. There's barely anything for anyone who isn't a teenage boy of some age.
teenage boys age 30+ ^^
agreed
This season was fantastic, with Non Non Biyori Repeat, Gakkou Gurashi/School Live, Himouto! Umaru-chan, and Shimoseki/Shimoneta (and I know there are some other well-received series out there, those are just the four I'm watching, which is at least 2 more than I usually watch most seasons).
I dunno, nothing on this list is really "must watch" for me at this point, although I wasn't interested in Umaru-chan or Shimoseki until after they started airing so it may change. Yuru Yuri seems like a show I might enjoy, I just never got around to watching the first season (although I am aware that each season is kind of self-contained and them ignoring what happened in the previous season actually shows up as jokes in the series from time to time).
No Valkyrie Drive? Come on...
Yeah, I'm quite disappointed at that. Proves that the generic crowd/ main demographic doesn't give a shit about yuri/all-girl anime unless it's about Idols.
where is season two of No Game No Life?
The game they played with the Warbeasts was the end of the 3rd LN volume. The cliffhanger scene at the end of the last episode is the cliffhanger of the 6th volume. 2nd season ain't happening.
umm it doesnt exist
Didn't the end of last season say it was on the way?
just because its on its way doesnt an official announcement has been made and there hasnt been
Hmmm...So The Japanese are Hanging up with Gochuumon and Haikyuu huh...well...i was wondering what the west is hanging in to
Strange List ...
Im not looking forward to any of these.
Only shows I'm looking forward to are One-Punch Man and Noragami S2. I'd like to watch Owarimonogatari, but I've yet to watch Hana and Tsuki.
Fall's looking really lackluster.
Teekyuu, best of every season.
That series is never going to end.
Pretty slim pickings this coming season. The most original-looking things are One Punch Man and a silly anime about a dog. Half of the anime are sequels to shows that mostly didn't really deserve sequels, and most of the rest is standard moe and light novel stuff that doesn't stand out at all. Guess the anime industry has finally caught up to Hollywood in terms of how interesting and original the content feels, just lacking studios to make niche faux-indie content.
Whoops, should have known better than to discuss reality on SC. My bad.
