Honestly, I wish they'd just be honest about this series and either convert it into an H-anime, or just make an H-anime spinoff under the excuse that it's "all a dream" or something contrived like that.
Unfortunately, their will never be an official H-Anime for this series because of some top seiyuus involved in the series, but if the fan base truly wants an H-Anime of To Love Ru, the next best thing is a fan collaboration project in which they donate money to hopefully hire high quality animators. Obviously, the seiyuus won't participate but maybe some H-seiyuus or even newbies might be willing to take the offer!
There have already been some partially voiced HCG sets made for it. It can be done.

Rito's a gentleman who's just waiting for the right moment to profess his feelings towards the people he cares about. That takes willpower as well as courage. And if that's "gay"? Then "gay" is being a good person.
Rito is not a gentleman, he's an indecisive asshole who most likely loves the attention because a real gentleman would never toy with a ladies feelings, he would either reciprocate her feelings or let her down gently. As long as he doesn't confess he gets to enjoy ecchi company! but let's face it, anyone watching this show isn't expecting romance or an MC with above middle school intelligence/common sense, they are watching for some cheap laughs and fan service.
After a few seasons, I couldn't take it anymore, I liked where Darkness first season was going but honestly I'm not inclined to continue watching. We've seen near confessions or near kisses a hundred times but knowing that the show will never surprise with someone doing something about their feelings makes the show feel repetitive.
