Rotten crime anime Gangsta has unleashed more gruesome gang-on-gang action as the show continues to introduce new characters while slowly divulging its lore, hopefully making for a compelling experience consisting of more than just mindless violence that may appeal to more than just lovers of well-choreographed fight scenes.

Havent read the manga if there is one, but it reminds me of part of Gungrave, so I imagine there's going to be a lot of betrayal

Yes there's one and it's about 40 chapters. This anime probably won't go far into the plot because of source material constraints. I think they only scheduled 12 eps.
