An entertaining parody of popular game-centric TV drama Game Center CX has surfaced, starring Shinya Arino’s (the star of Game Center CX) comedian colleague Masaru Hamaguchi as he pokes fun at the rather light-hearted show – naturally receiving much acclaim for its good sense of humor.

The humorous parody featuring the newly released “Yoshi’s Woolly World”, uploaded onto Nintendo’s official Japanese YouTube Account:

The video has earned praise for its rather staggering half hour duration as well, which is not dissimilar from the original in comparison – and bound to prove inspiring to future parody creators.

Not to get semantic but this is more like a spin off/special and closer to self-parody than an actual parody. I don't see how parody creators can be inspired by Game Center CX staff simply replaced Arino with Hamaguchi. Maybe it's just me.
