Doki fansubs release is censored to hell too. And judging from the comments section for their TV editions of the first Darkness season, the TV broadcast was censored too. Lots of lightbeam comments.

The art was plain terrible in a LOT of the scenes. It looks really rushed. Shame, because S1 (and the previous series) were all pretty great and the manga has some of the best fucking art around.
