The newest trailer for Shingeki no Kyojin‘s upcoming live action film has given fans another glimpse of its use of 3D CG for its terrifying titans, additionally showing off the rather important 3D maneuver gear for the first time – all bound to get fans pumped despite the criticisms that tend to surface with 3D CG.

The live action Shingeki no Kyojin film will be split into two parts, with the first to arrive in Japanese theaters August 1st and the second to make its debut September 19th.

god japanese special effects and acting look so bad
Oh come on. American high budget films with awesome effects (a.k.a. blockbusters) are total letdown after watching them. If USA would pick this title it would end up in modern society or even future with lasers and jetpacks. I prefer worse looking jap movie than awesome looking crap from USA.
That's because they are, ALWAYS. This is what happens when you've got a TV budget for CGI and your cast is composed of celebs, idols & musicians, instead of actual actors.
i honestly think the AoT franchise is complete dogshit, however I would definitely love it if there was a Hollywood made AoT movie, done by Del Toro, the guy that did Pacific Rim
that would be awesome. AoT actually had a good plot and the suppose to be ending was good too, too bad because of it's popularity publishers wanted to expand the story and that's what in my opinion ruined everything.

Why oh why? They have the capability to do so much better. It's like "Zena Warrior Princess" and "The Legendary Journeys of Hercules". Cheese everywhere. I expect to hear "I like potatoes" creepily whispered in the background.
