The new PV for upcoming Fate/stay night spin-off “Prisma Illya 2wei Herz!” has showcased its cast of cute girls once again splashing about on the beach in sultry swimwear, with Silver Link seemingly exploiting this fact at every possible opportunity – in a not unsuccessful attempt to garner more viewers through the magic of fanservice.

The anime will be the third installment of the Prisma Illya mahou shoujo series and will debut July 24th.

If it's before, then I'm glad Illya meets her end as she did in UBW.
It's a spin-off Manga actually, with 3 manga "seasons". The first introduced some new characters and made Illya into a Magical Girl (kinda like Nanoha's deal - take the beloved little girl from a popular erotic VN and add magical girl antics). They also fought the corrupted versions of the known servant classes (like Dark Saber) to collect their cards i.e. sources of power to stablize the local city's magic.
In the second manga, they find out about an 8th card which still disturbs the local magic and also Illya gets pseudo-cloned, resulting in Kuro, the vicious Archer-style version of Illya. Many secrets are revealed about the different background story and how the characters developed from then. This is where we currently are: the manga S2 has 25-something chapters of which the firt half has already been turned into an anime. "Herz" is the second half.
There is a 3rd manga season currently running, but that is so full of spoilers I can't really say anything here <.<
If the developers of this series lived in the U.S. they'd be immediately put in jail for creating entertainment that encourages their Pedo-bear audience.
Well yeah, the USA tend to have dumb laws like that. Imagine them banning works from some famous sculptor or painter of the past, just because they feature nude children or something, but THAT would be culture police, right? ...effin' double standards.
