“Tales of Berseria“, the next addition to the Tales series, has just received its first trailer, depicting the vast array of explorable landscapes that players will be able to traverse, but still ultimately divulging very little about the title.

More games honestly need female main characters, like I have no real interest in FF15 because its just your generic emoboy sasuage fest party, the main char looks like he is emo as fuck too just looking at him. I don't think its going to sell well without at least 1 or 2 decent looking females on the main chars party. Its almost like they want to cater to the female yaoi fan population with how the game is going.

Judgeing by the name, I am going to assume the story has to do with something going berserk or something, maybe monsters, via some unexplained reason, and your char goes out to try to find out whats making all the monsters (and possibly people) lose their fucking minds and go berserk.
Also to the one who said "not another tales game" What? would you prefer a final fantasy where square just rehashes ff4's story over and over? There hasn't been a good ff game since the series left the snes, every single one is a overly predictable pile of crap, with the same stale gameplay that never really changes (till ff15 anyway). At least the Tales Of series does something majorly diffrent storywise(and usually gameplay wise) in every game, unlike ff games where its pretty much the same plot just with diff characters and locations. Also I am not talking about the kill the boss save the world aspects, because thats in every rpg, or hell pratcally every game for that matter.
Every ff game: your part of or join some rebel faction fighting the big bad empire, someone will always betray you around the midpoint, in a very overly predictable fashion. The main char is always some worthless emo dickbag if male. After you beat what is you think the last boss LO and behold the reused square thing where they reveal it was controled by something else. Then you always have the random party members that go emo as fuck for parts of the game over the tiniest shit. Like in ff9 I found vivi fucking annoying to the point I just wanted to kill him permamently if I could, to put him out of his misery and to wash my hands of that emofuckface.
I still play every FF game that comes out, but I really don't expect them to be any good anymore, because yeah, hasn't been a FF game I honestly thought was good since ff6, though I did kinda enjoy 8 due to the setting it was in. Couldn't get into ff9, other than Zidane I fucking hated every single other char that joined your party.

Hope this Pirate Ship mechanic is more Skies of Arcadia rather than Suikoden IV.
